Cheryl has represented me with aplomb during both the purchase of my new home and the subsequent sale of my home of 20 years. She didn’t bat an eye when I emailed her out of the blue in the middle of the night, asking her to arrange a viewing of the house I had found. Cheryl arranged a viewing that afternoon, gave good counsel in preparing my offer, (which was in competition with several others), and quickly arranged for a home inspection with a knowledgeable inspector. Once the new home purchase was secured Cheryl nimbly helped me navigate preparing my home for sale. She provided me with great oral and written guidance regarding what needed to be done around the house to attain the best price possible and I followed it with great results. Cheryl kept very open lines of communication which afforded a sense of confidence and clarity for me. While I tackled the house, Cheryl looked after everything else.
